An alternative to the gym may be one of the many classes. Classes can help you maintain your fitness level, burn those extra calories and stay healthy and lean. Consequently, they include all the benefits of the gym but keep you inspired and motivated, plus you can enjoy yourself whilst exercising with other class members at the same time.
Classes range from spinning to kick boxing to circuit training to gliding and for the those who like a bit of punishment, why not try an Abs Attack class.
2010 Summer Class Timetable
Commencing May 3rd 2010
Non members class prices
£3.00 half hour sessions, £3.50 for 45 mins or £4.00 for an hour.
PILATES £3.00 members £6.00 for for non members.
It is essential that you book your class in at reception. If no-one has booked then the class will not commence.
